By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Peptide Max is operated by 9400 Ventures LLC. By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using Peptide Max, including any related website, services, content, or features, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted or made available constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
Peptide Max is an informational, educational, tracking, and organizational tool only. Nothing in the App — and no feature, output, calculation, estimate, chart, reminder, notification, or report — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, dosing instruction, prescription guidance, or professional healthcare advice of any kind.

Use of the App does not create any physician-patient, healthcare provider-patient, pharmacist-patient, or other professional relationship between you and 9400 Ventures LLC or any of our service providers.
Peptide Max is not designed for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
Peptide Max is not a "covered entity" or "business associate" under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), and it is not designed to store or process protected health information on behalf of a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse.
Peptide Max is intended for personal, non-commercial use by adults 18 years of age or older. You are solely responsible for:
Laws governing peptides, medications, research compounds, supplements, controlled substances, and related products vary significantly by country, state, and locality. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws regarding any substance you research, possess, import, purchase, track, administer, or use. Peptide Max makes no representation that any substance referenced, displayed, or trackable in the App is legal, safe, approved, or appropriate in your jurisdiction. References to peptides or related products anywhere in the App are for informational and organizational purposes only and do not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or a representation of legality.
You acknowledge that researching, tracking, possessing, administering, or using peptides and related substances may involve known and unknown risks, including but not limited to side effects, adverse or allergic reactions, incorrect dosage or administration, contamination, impurity, mislabeling, counterfeit products, improper storage, drug interactions, contraindications, infection, injury, risks not currently identified in scientific literature, and serious injury or death. You assume full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from or related to any information obtained through the App.

The calculator provides reconstitution and dosage math based solely on the values you enter, such as powder amount, water volume, and target dose, and returns outputs such as concentration and syringe units. These are mathematical outputs only and do not constitute medical advice, dosing instructions, prescription guidance, or a recommendation to use any substance. The App does not verify your inputs; results may be incorrect if your inputs are inaccurate, incomplete, mistyped, or based on incorrect product information. You are solely responsible for independently verifying every calculation and for any decision made based on it. You agree that 9400 Ventures LLC is not liable for any injury, harm, overdose, underdose, miscalculation, or improper administration arising from your use of or reliance on calculator results.
The body map, rotation suggestions, and heatmap are visual organizational tools only. They do not provide medical guidance on injection technique, site selection, frequency, depth, sterility, or safety, and they do not detect or prevent infection, injury, improper administration, or adverse reactions. Always follow guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
Reminders, alerts, and notifications are convenience features only. They may be delayed, missed, duplicated, inaccurate, or fail to deliver due to device settings, operating system behavior, permissions, Focus or Do Not Disturb settings, connectivity, or other factors outside our control. You should not rely on Peptide Max reminders or notifications for medical, dosing, treatment, emergency, or safety-critical decisions.
Daily check-ins, streaks, achievements, weekly recaps, and any trends or insights are user-entered records and engagement features only. They are not medical assessments and do not diagnose, interpret, predict, or treat your health. The absence of a logged symptom does not indicate the absence of a medical condition, and the presence of a logged symptom does not indicate the presence of any specific condition. If you experience concerning symptoms, contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Peptide Max on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
Peptide Max offers an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store and managed with Adapty. Pricing, trial availability, promotional offers, included features, and billing periods may vary by country, user eligibility, promotion, or time of purchase. The price and terms shown at checkout control your purchase. Billing is processed by Apple, and Apple's checkout, subscription settings, cancellation flows, refund rules, and payment terms control the final transaction.
Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple. We are generally unable to issue refunds directly.
We use Adapty to help manage subscription status and entitlements. Adapty does not process your full payment card information.
We may change subscription prices, included features, trial availability, promotional offers, or billing options at any time. Where required, notice will be provided before changes apply to your subscription. If you do not agree to a change, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Peptide Max relies on third-party services, which may include Apple (billing and subscriptions), Adapty (subscription management), PostHog (product analytics), and Meta (advertising attribution), as well as Vercel (website hosting and analytics) and Resend (waitlist email) for our website. Each third-party service is governed by its own terms and policies. Peptide Max is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, downtime, changes, data handling, or availability of any third-party service, and features that depend on them are subject to their respective terms.
You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into the App. Because your tracking data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for its accuracy, for any device backups you enable, and for anything you choose to export or share. You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.
If you submit ideas, suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback regarding the App ("Feedback"), we may use, copy, modify, develop, and commercialize such Feedback freely without obligation, attribution, or compensation to you. You waive any rights you may have in Feedback to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The App, including its design, code, software, interface, features, text, graphics, content, trademarks, and logos, is owned by 9400 Ventures LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, scrape, extract, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App unless expressly authorized by us in writing. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 9400 Ventures LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ACCURATE; THAT OUTPUTS, CALCULATIONS, ESTIMATES, OR REMINDERS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOU; OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SAFETY, LEGALITY, EFFICACY, PURITY, IDENTITY, DOSAGE, STORAGE, OR SOURCE OF ANY PEPTIDES OR PRODUCTS DISCUSSED, LOGGED, OR TRACKED IN THE APP, AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC HEALTH, FITNESS, OR OTHER OUTCOME.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 9400 Ventures LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, OR DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00). Any claim must be brought within one year of the date the cause of action arose, or it is permanently barred to the fullest extent permitted by law. You acknowledge that these limitations are a fundamental basis of the agreement between you and 9400 Ventures LLC.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 9400 Ventures LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to: your use of or access to the App; your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right; your reliance on any App content, output, calculation, or reminder; any data or content you submit; any health-related decisions or outcomes resulting from your use of the App; and any injury, illness, adverse reaction, or other harm suffered by you or any third party in connection with substances you logged, researched, possessed, administered, purchased, or used.
Please read this section carefully; it affects your legal rights. First, you agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at team@usepeptidemax.app.
If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and 9400 Ventures LLC agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the App, your subscription, or your relationship with us through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration will be conducted in the State of Washington or remotely, as permitted by the arbitrator and applicable rules.
All claims must be brought on an individual basis. You and 9400 Ventures LLC each waive any right to bring, join, or participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding, and each waive any right to a jury trial for disputes not subject to arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with your name, account email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court where permitted, or from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse or unauthorized access. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a claim, that claim must proceed in court on an individual basis.
If you access or download the App through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
We may modify, suspend, replace, limit, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time. Some features may require you to install the latest version of the App or update your device operating system. We are not responsible for any loss of access, loss of data, interruption, or other consequence resulting from suspension, discontinuation, app store removal, platform restriction, third-party service issue, or force majeure event.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or applicable law, if your use creates risk, or if we are required to do so by law or an app store rule. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends and you must stop using it. Any active subscription must be canceled through Apple. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, and governing law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for any failure or delay resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control. You may not use the App if you are barred from doing so under applicable export control or sanctions laws. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 9400 Ventures LLC regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
